About Sign PDF

Sign PDF stamp a signature image onto a PDF page. Everything runs locally in your browser — no cloud upload.

The PDF Tools Suite uses Web Workers and open libraries such as pdf-lib and Mozilla PDF.js so your documents stay on your device.

How to use Sign PDF

  1. 1. Upload PDF Add the document to edit in the browser.
  2. 2. Place on canvas Use the workbench to place your signature.
  3. 3. Export Click Process and download the updated PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Do my files leave my device when I use Sign PDF?

No. Processing runs in your browser inside a Web Worker. Files are not uploaded to our servers.

What is the file size limit?

Each file can be up to 50 MB in the browser workspace. Larger files may fail depending on available memory.

How do I get started with Sign PDF?
