About Reorder Pages

Reorder Pages drag page thumbnails into a new order. Everything runs locally in your browser — no cloud upload.

The PDF Tools Suite uses Web Workers and open libraries such as pdf-lib and Mozilla PDF.js so your documents stay on your device.

How to use Reorder Pages

  1. 1. Upload PDF Add the PDF you want to work with.
  2. 2. Select pages Click or drag in the page grid to choose pages or order.
  3. 3. Process and download Run Process and download the new file.

Frequently asked questions

Do my files leave my device when I use Reorder Pages?

No. Processing runs in your browser inside a Web Worker. Files are not uploaded to our servers.

What is the file size limit?

Each file can be up to 50 MB in the browser workspace. Larger files may fail depending on available memory.

How do I get started with Reorder Pages?

Drag page thumbnails into a new order Open the tool, add your file, then click Process.
