How to Split a PDF

Extract pages from a PDF into separate files โ€” all processing stays in your browser.

  1. 1. Open Split PDF

    Navigate to the Split PDF tool in your browser.

  2. 2. Upload your PDF

    Drag and drop your PDF onto the drop zone or click to browse for the file.

  3. 3. Select pages in the grid

    The visual page grid shows thumbnails of every page. Click pages or drag across ranges to select which pages to split into a new file.

  4. 4. Choose split mode

    Decide whether to split into individual single-page files or group selected pages into one output.

  5. 5. Click Process

    Press Process. The tool splits the PDF entirely in your browser โ€” no upload occurs.

  6. 6. Download the result

    Download the split PDF file(s) to your device. Each file is a valid standalone PDF.
